The company's founder, Francisco Lema, had over twenty years of experience working in the construction industry before starting the company. Throughout those twenty years, Francisco gained the skills and knowledge needed in the industry. He also acknowledged the high prices being charged for jobs that cost only a fraction to complete. After his twenty years working as a mason, he believed it was his responsibility to create a company that was transparent, trustworthy, and delivered high-quality services at appropriate prices. The result was the founding of Lema and Sons Corporation.
